2. About RadioRoxi
RadioRoxi is an online radio station broadcasting music from the 1960s through to the 1990s, based in London, United Kingdom. The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis and is primarily for entertainment purposes.
3. Use of the Website and Stream
You may access and use the RadioRoxi website and live stream for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:
- Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the audio stream without our express written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with RadioRoxi
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms.
4. Live Chat — Rules and Conduct
The RadioRoxi live chat is a community space for listeners to connect with each other and the presenter. By participating in the chat, you agree to the following rules:
Chat Rules
- Be respectful and kind to all other participants
- No hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination of any kind
- No harassment, bullying, or threats towards any individual
- No spam, flooding, or repeated posting of the same content
- No sharing of personal information about yourself or others
- No advertising, promotion, or solicitation without our prior consent
- No explicit, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content
- No posting of links to external websites
We reserve the right to remove any messages that violate these rules, without notice. The presenter or administrator may also restrict or remove a user's ability to participate in the chat for repeated or serious violations.
User Content
By posting a message in the chat, you grant RadioRoxi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that message to other users of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. Chat messages are automatically deleted after 7 days (see our Privacy Policy).
Display Names
Your display name must not impersonate RadioRoxi, the presenter, or any other person. Display names that are offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate may be changed or removed.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including but not limited to the RadioRoxi name and logo, page design, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to RadioRoxi and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
The music broadcast on RadioRoxi is played under appropriate music licensing arrangements. All musical recordings and compositions remain the property of their respective artists, composers, and rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any third-party music content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any RadioRoxi original content without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:

- The audio stream will be of any particular quality or bitrate
- Any content in the chat represents the views of RadioRoxi
