The “abhorrent behaviour” of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry only serves to help Prince William and Princess Kate, Lee Cohen has claimed.
The former adviser on Great Britain to the US House of Representatives was full of praise for Kate in particular as he spoke to Mark Dolan on GB News America.
He criticised the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s attacks on the Royal Family, branding them “appalling”.
Speaking on Kate’s “many talents and skills”, Cohen went on to claim they are only made more clear by the “abhorrent” behaviour of Harry and Meghan.

“It’s hard to find any fault with the Princess of Wales”, he said.
“She is as intelligent as she is beautifully exquisite and talented.
“I believe in addition to her many talents and skills and ease with people and professionalism, I believe that she and her husband, the Prince of Wakes, only benefit from the abhorrent behaviour of the Sussexes.
“The Sussexes do appalling things and behave appallingly.
“The Wales’s look that much batter. Catherine would be a jewel anywhere. She’s highly respected, deeply admired and I believe, greatly valued.”
It comes after a series of media productions by the Sussexes that saw them lamenting their time as part of the royal establishment.

In Harry’s memoir, Spare, which became the fastest-selling nonfiction book of all time, the Duke took aim at the Prince and Princess.
He claimed the couple were partially to blame for his decision to wear a Nazi costume for a party in 2005, an action which drew widespread media scrutiny.
Asked whether Charles should make more use of Kate and William, Cohen told GB News he feels the couple are doing an “excellent job already”.
“They came over here last year to Boston and they were very well received”, he said.
“They’re very good ambassadors for the United Kingdom. Charles has only stepped into the role after waiting a lifetime, so I would hate to see any diminution of all of his duties and responsibilities.”
He added that Charles may have “less energy” to carry out the roles expected of him, after he became the oldest person to ever assume the phone.
Cohen believes this could result in Kate and William assuming more prominent roles in the royal household.
“He’s got a much shorter runway and trajectory”, he said.
“Age being what it is, perhaps he has less energy and he may seek to share some of the responsibilities, which wouldn’t be a terrible thing.”
