Tyson Fury believes he can be a better fighter when he locks horns with Oleksandr Usyk later in the year, according to promoter Frank Warren.
It has been confirmed the two men will battle again on December 21, having clashed earlier this month.
Fury performed well against Usyk and was certainly far better than in his narrow win over Francis Ngannou in October.
Yet he still lost, with Usyk winning via split decision after wobbling his rival in the ninth round of their bout.

Warren, speaking to Sky Sports, has claimed Fury thinks he can do better after suffering his first defeat as a professional.
“I think he can, he believes he can,” he said.
“The truth of the matter is there was a point in the fight, I think at the end of the seventh round when he caught Usyk with a couple of really good uppercuts and he was struggling a bit, but he went back to the corner and found a second wind and came out and caught Tyson with a really good shot on the nose.
“It seemed to trouble Tyson a bit, it took his momentum away a bit, obviously we know what happened in the ninth.
“It was a fight of two halves, Tyson knows what he has to do and I’m sure Usyk does.
“Both of those guys were in an absolute war that has taken a lot out of both of them.
“It will be interesting to see when it does happen who it has impacted the most.”
Warren also says Fury was ‘disappointed’ but in good spirits after losing to Usyk.
The promoter continued: “I spoke to him [Fury] after the fight and obviously when he got back just to make sure he’s okay.
“He was very disappointed but very philosophical.
“The rematch was signed before the first fight took place anyway and that date will be set within the next month or so, both fighters said they want it and we’ll go from there.
“It was a fabulous fight, two absolute gladiators who didn’t leave anything in the ring in an epic fight in the most important fight of the 21st century.
“A very very close fight and I think it will be an even bigger one next time.”
Meanwhile, Fury’s uncle and former trainer, Peter Fury, has analysed the fight.
And while he praised his nephew for the way he performed, he also says the fighter ‘didn’t use his tools’.

“I thought it was a good fight, he done the best he can do, and that’s all you can ask for,” he told October Red.
“He is an exceptional world champion Usyk, I’ve always said this guy is a great fighter, he’s the best Tyson has been up against, that’s for sure.
“But it was a close fight, ebbing and flowing.
“Sometimes, where do you get humbleness from, a loss, and what is a loss?
“They’re both ok, they both got handsomely paid for it, get back in there and avenge your loss.”

He added: “He was a big man and he never used his tools. I thought there was a lot wrong with it, but that’s my opinion.
“I think they got the tactics wrong and the game plan all wrong and that’s what I think of it, but still it was a good fight to watch.
“I can see what people are saying but did Tyson have it in his tank to come out and give an avalanche of shots or was he so tired he was getting through it?”
