Many Britons will already be thinking about their 2024 summer holidays and with Ryanair’s latest announcement about added routes, they will have more destinations to explore than ever.

Ryanair has launched its biggest ever S24 schedule for London Gatwick, Luton and Stansted.

There will be 200 routes, including seven new routes to some exciting European destinations.

Later this year, Ryanair customers will be able to fly to Basel, Dubrovnik, Palma, Sarajevo, Tatry, Tirana, and Treviso.

Ryanair airline has also announced it will base two new B737 aircraft in London – making it 56 in total.

This will create over 150 new high paid jobs for pilots, cabin crew and engineers.

The endeavour will be a $200million (around £158million) investment in the air carrier.

To celebrate Ryanair’s two new aircraft and seven new routes from London, Ryanair has launched a two-day seat sale with fares from £19.99 – holidaymakers can check it out at Ryanair.com.

CEO of Ryanair Michael O’Leary said: “Ryanair is pleased to announce two new aircraft ($200m) and seven new routes for London in S24 (Basel, Dubrovnik, Palma, Sarajevo, Tatry, Tirana, and Treviso), and the creation of 150 high paid aviation jobs.”

Palma is a resort city and capital of Mallorca, Spain. It has an average of 300 days of sunshine so is perfect for those who enjoy a trip to the beach on their holidays.

Wander the streets of the quaint Old Town, take in the spectacular Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma and feast on authentic Spanish tapas.

Or take a trip to Albania’s capital Tirana, where you can visit contemporary art museum Bunk’Art and enjoy the scenic view at Mt Dajti National Park.

Ryanair’s latest announcement comes as the airline added three new routes from Edinburgh Airport.

Head of Aviation at Edinburgh Airport Jonny Macneal told GB News: “Adding new destinations means we’re offering new places for people to explore, and that’s something we always look to deliver.

“This summer our passengers can now investigate Bergerac, wander round the stunning city of Biarritz or bask in the sun in Agadir.

“It’s difficult to choose which one to visit so best to visit, so tick off all three!”
