The family behind Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting have shared a tragic update on social media.
The Radfords, who have been on screens for years sharing their unique experience as Britain’s largest family, frequently share events with their social media followers.
Sadly, one of their more recent updates was some heartbreaking news as they shared the loss of their close family friend who died at the age of just 17.
The family paid tribute to “beautiful” Sophie Walker, who was diagnosed with cancer back in 2017.
The Radfords have shared many posts featuring the teenager in the past, and after the youngster’s family released a devastating statement, the Channel 5 stars paid tribute themselves.
Sophie’s parents Jamie and Rebecca, who have 10 children, had been sharing their daughter’s progress online, and over the weekend announced the tragic news.

On their Walker Family 11 Facebook page, they penned: “Our beautiful, intelligent, funny, thoughtful and brave girl Sophie fell fast asleep last night just after 6.30pm with Megan lying by her side and surrounded by all her family.
“We love Sophie with all our hearts and our world will never be the same again, to say we are heartbroken is a complete understatement.
“Please keep our broken family in your thoughts & prayers, this is a post I never ever thought I’d have to write.”
Sharing the post, the Radfords added their own message, which read: “I can’t even find the right words. Beautiful Sophie our hearts are broken, you really were the most beautiful kind hearted funny and bravest girl we will miss your beautiful smile and laugh so much.

Every year since the loss, Sue has posted in memory of his passing, taking to her social media account this morning to share the news with her followers once again.
On her Instagram story alongside a series of images, she penned: “This time 10 years ago I was in a labour room being told our beautiful baby boy had no heartbeat.
“I would be induced a few hours later for him to be born silent but perfect at 7.54am the next morning. This time of year never ever gets easier. I can’t believe it’s 10 years tomorrow since he was born.”
