Michael Schumacher’s wife is thought to have approved his presence at his daughter’s wedding, according to reports.
Schumacher was reportedly present for the ceremony on Sunday as Gina-Maria tied the knot with long-term boyfriend Iain Bethke at a private ceremony in Spain.
The wedding took place at a mansion owned by the family, which Corinna Schumacher is thought to have purchased from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez back in 2017.
Details of Schumacher’s condition remain under wraps, with the family preferring to keep things private.

According to the Daily Mail, Corinna is ‘thought to have approved’ Schumacher’s presence at the wedding over the weekend.
It is being described as his first ‘public’ appearance since his devastating skiing accident back in 2013.
Schumacher had retired from F1 earlier that year after a brief stint with Mercedes.
But tragedy struck when he embarked on a family holiday, with the F1 icon veering off course and hitting his head on a rock.

Schumacher was later placed in a medically induced coma, with the 55-year-old then returning home.
Yet details on his condition have been sparse over the past 11 years, with the family reluctant to divulge too many details.
That is understandable and it’s a credit to the strength of the Schumacher family that they’ve been able to maintain his privacy.
Wife Corinna, speaking in a 2021 Netflix documentary, said that the Formula One legend was ‘different’ from before.

“Michael is here. Different, but he’s here, and that gives us strength, I find,” she said.
“He still shows me how strong he is every day.
“We live together at home. We do therapy. We do everything we can to make Michael better and to make sure he’s comfortable. And to simply make him feel our family, our bond.
“And no matter what, I will do everything I can. We all will.
