Co-authored by Republican state Sens. Valarie Hodges and Thomas A. Pressly, as well as state Rep. Kathy Edmonston, the bill blocks the UN, the WHO and the WEF from having any jurisdiction or authority within the state boundaries of Louisiana.
“The World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana,” the bill reads.
“No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency, department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity.”

Just say no to globalist overreach
The bill came about in the aftermath of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic,” which we now know was a power grab by the UN, the WHO and the WEF.
Speaking about its implications, Sen. Hodges, who represents Louisiana’s District 13, told the media that it is high time to protect Louisianans from the destructive overreach of these globalist entities.

“We have watched a horror story unfold in front of us as time has shown that the ‘recommendations’ and coercive regulations from outside organizations such as the WHO have harmed hundreds of thousands of Americans,” Hodges said.
Citing concerns about the safety of COVID “vaccines” and the influence of these globalist bodies in pushing them, Hodges added that Louisiana legislators want to decouple the state from outside influences that seek to force potentially deadly interventions on state residents.
The bill still needs to pass the Republican-controlled Louisiana House. Once it does, any rules, regulations, taxes, mandates or policies coming from the likes of the UN, the WHO and the WEF will be null and void throughout the state.
This includes blocking the so-called “Global Pandemic Treaty,” which threatens to mandate a universal digital passport and identification system for all UN member states, allowing the WHO to unilaterally control what happens during the next “pandemic.”
Anything deemed to be an “existential threat to public health” will shift total control over the citizenry into the hands of the UN, the WHO and the WEF, hence why Louisiana Republicans want this bill to become law.
The Biden regime has been pushing for an amendment to the international health regulations put forth by the WHO, which would allow the WHO to override the Constitution on matters relating to a “public health emergency of international concern.”
Even a public health emergency of “regional concern” would, in theory, trigger a transfer of power and authority to the WHO to force the populace to once again wear a mask, social distance and sit in lockdown for as long as the authorities deem necessary.
In short, the execution of the Global Pandemic Treaty would mean that all American rights go bye-bye in an even more severe way than what happened during the COVID “pandemic.”
“In case anyone needs a reminder: you are the carbon they want to reduce,” one commenter wrote about the implications of what the UN, the WHO and the WEF want to unleash during the next public health crisis.
This is a laudable effort by Louisiana, but will it be enough to stop the globalists? Find out more at Globalism.news.
