The artist and writer shared a selfie on Instagram showing McCall, 57, wearing a fur coat and black hat whilst recovering at home.
“1st Home visit. Major brain surgery but still serving style. I love you so much,” wrote Hiscox in the heartwarming post.
McCall responded warmly to her friend’s post, commenting: “What a tonic x” and praising Hiscox as “the best” for supporting her through “thick and thin”.
The touching exchange prompted an outpouring of support from fans, with one writing: “Such an inspiration.”
“Amazing woman,” added another follower, while a third commented: “You two are so adorable, you have the best friendship.”

In an emotional video update posted on Monday, McCall spoke publicly for the first time since her surgery, admitting the experience had been “bad”.
The presenter revealed she is struggling with short-term memory issues but remains optimistic about her recovery.
“My short-term memory is a bit remiss. But that is something that I can work on so I’m really happy about that,” she explained in the Instagram video.
“I’m writing everything I’m doing to keep myself feeling safe,” McCall added, sharing her coping strategy.
The Masked Singer judge is being cared for at home by her boyfriend Michael and stepmother Gabby McCall, whom she praised as “an amazing rock my whole life”.
The surgery was performed to remove a 14mm benign brain tumour, which was discovered unexpectedly during a health scan.
McCall had been giving a talk for a menopause company when the tumour was found, having initially been confident she would “ace” her health check.
Despite the challenges, McCall expressed profound gratitude in her video message, saying: “I feel unbelievably grateful in my life right now, so thanks for everything.”
The presenter confirmed she is focusing on her recovery through plenty of rest.
