Strictly Come Dancing’s results show is a tense time for the couples – until they find out they’ve made it through to the following week, that is.
In his elation at having made it through to week four alongside hockey star Sam Quek, BBC Strictly dancer Nikita Kuzmin had a mix-up and was left red-faced after making a very awkward mistake.
The 26-year-old was chatting to Strictly host Claudia Winkleman along with the other couples who had just secured a place in next week’s show.
The mood was celebratory, but Kuzmin may have let the festivities get to him a bit too much as he had to be corrected following a hilarious blunder.
Winkleman, 52, was looking to the future as she asked Kuzmin to explain what he and Quek, 35, would be dancing next week.
The Ukrainian-Italian choreographer cheerfully explained they’d be taking on a samba to a Shakira classic.

He then animatedly began to sing her 2001 tune Whenever, Wherever – which prompted most of the group to join in.
Chaos broke out as the stars began to dance and join in with the lyrics, but Kuzmin had in fact been mistaken.
When things eventually calmed down, Winkleman gently remarked: “Nikita, I love you so much… But it was the other Shakira song…”
As he placed his hands to his face, the host continued by probing: “How does that go?”
A sheepish Nikita replied by singing “Hips Don’t Lie,” as his co-stars cracked up.
“It’s okay, she’s super busy, that’ll do!” Winkleman joked after repeating “I love you” to the dancer.
It isn’t the first mishap Kuzmin has faced this week, as on Friday evening he explained he’d made another awkward error just 24 hours before Saturday’s live show.
As he and Quek appeared on Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two, host Janette Manrara couldn’t help but point out Kuzmin looked slightly different.
“Now normally, the first question would go to you, Sam, but I need to talk about Nikita’s tan for a second – what’s going on here?” the 40-year-old remarked.

As the pair laughed, the presenter added: “Did you just get it done?”
“Alright, listen…” Kuzmin began before Manrara joked: “You’re going green!”
“I might have given myself a shade too dark, which means that I will need to shower tonight and hopefully look better for tomorrow,” Kuzmin explained.
He went on to point out: “It’s against the white,” alluding to his striking white blazer.
