Jack Draper has revealed how his coach has hit him with a ban after reaching the round of 16 at the US Open.
The Briton has quickly endeared himself to the Flushing Meadows crowd and will face Tomas Machac as he looks to reach the first Grand Slam quarter-final of his career.
The 22-year-old will face off against the world No. 39 on Monday, having beaten Botic van de Zandschulp in the third round at the Grandstand on Saturday.
And the British No. 1 has admitted that he has been told to cut caffeine out of his diet, heading straight back to his Manhattan hotel every night rather than see the sights of New York.

“My coach doesn’t want me taking too much caffeine,” he said.
“It sends me too far over. For now, it is de-caf cappuccino.”

“Now it’s more important for me to go back and just have a Deliveroo in my hotel, so I’m taking full advantage of any recovery to be able to give my best on the court.
“I try and watch movies. I can make a cup of tea in the room and then watch a series or something. I watched Gangs of London recently.
“Just anything to conserve mental and physical energy, whether that’s calling home or just being chilled, really.

“It’s sometimes a bit of a lonely existence being a top tennis player. You have just got to make many sacrifices.”
After Dan Evans crashed out of the US Open on Sunday and Emma Raducanu’s shoddy first-round exit, Draper is Britain’s last hope in New York.
And with Andy Murray retiring over the summer, Britain is crying out for a new tennis hero.
