In a recent episode of “Timcast,” podcast host Tim Pool discussed the potential actions the Trump administration could take against the Democrats in retaliation for the former president’s felony conviction. Loomer, a self-proclaimed “die-hard” supporter of Trump, suggested that certain Democrats could be imprisoned.
“Should Democrats be in jail? No question. When Donald Trump gets elected, should he start locking them up? No question. Should there be lists of Democrats that need to go to jail? 100 percent,” Pool said. “And the reason for that is they’ve committed crimes. (Related: Should traitors in Congress be charged with treason and all manner of crimes?)
“We need to make sure that when Donald Trump wins, we’ve got an attorney general, a deputy attorney general, a head of the [Central Intelligence Agency] and the [Federal Bureau of Investigation], and then they can start having their investigators and the feds issuing subpoenas, pulling up evidence, and with real evidence, bring them to judges for warrants,” Pool added.
“Then these people can spend three years of their lives fighting tooth and nail for [their crimes] against the government, for crimes they committed and we can prove, and the reason why we put them on trial is that we can show the whole world. We will uncover what you’ve done. We will make sure everyone knows, and you will be held accountable for it,” Pool concluded.

“Not just jail,” Loomer said. “They should get the death penalty; you know, we actually used to have the punishment for treason in this country.”
The discussion received a response from the Biden campaign, which shared a clip of the conversation between Pool and Loomer on its account on X, formerly Twitter.
“Trump operatives say their plan is to jail and execute those who don’t support Trump if he wins, echoing Project 2025,” the Biden team said on X, referring to the Project 2025 framework of the Heritage Foundation which will remove liberals from the levers of power and install conservatives during the next Trump term.
After the Biden campaign shared the video, Loomer responded on X, claiming that her appearance on Timcast had “triggered” Biden.
“The Biden campaign doesn’t like that I’m calling out Democrats who committed Treason by staging a coup against Trump,” Loomer wrote. “Is Joe Biden guilty of treason?”
Democrats have been silencing Loomer since 2019 through Big Tech
This is not the first time Democrats have been threatened with Loomer.
In 2019, Loomer found herself banned from Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram. Left-wing reporters alerted her about the ban before even receiving any official notice from Facebook.
“Today I was silenced by Mark Zuckerberg. I woke up this morning and found out I was banned on Facebook and Instagram by Left wing reporters who were tipped off about my ban before I was even banned. News reports about my ban from Facebook and Instagram were published before I was actually banned from the platforms. In fact, I was able to post that I was banned from Instagram, on my Instagram, 30 minutes before I was banned,” she wrote in an article titled, “I Am Now The Most Banned Woman In The World” for her website Loomered.
Loomer claimed at that time that the ban was BigTech’s efforts to silence conservative voices, particularly those supportive of Trump.
Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook, and Jack Dorsey, the former CEO of X, were specifically targeted in the article. She accused Zuckerberg of allowing Holocaust deniers to remain on his platform while banning her, a pro-Israel Jew, on Holocaust Remembrance Day. Loomer also criticized Dorsey for his inaction on social media censorship despite previous claims that X is a “public square” and that social media is a human right.
Loomer was banned from X, Facebook, Instagram, PayPal, Venmo, GoFundMe, Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, Medium, and TeeSpring. Additionally, she faced temporary suspension of her Chase Bank online banking access in February. And now, the recent episode of Timcast where she guested was removed from YouTube.
