Holidaymakers have been advised if they are going to Spain, or if they are travelling from East Midlands Airport.
Jet2 shared helpful advice for customers over potential disruptions at these airports.
In information updated today, Jet2 warned of ongoing works taking place at Majorca’s Palma Airport that could cause disruptions, although it stated it will try to ensure customers are not affected.
Jet2 states: “We’d just like to let you know that Majorca’s Palma Airport is currently undergoing some maintenance work. Don’t worry though, we’re liaising with the airport to ensure your airport experience runs as smoothly as possible.

“Our Customer Helpers will also be on hand as usual if you need any help. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. All Jet2.com flights will be using check-in desks 188 to 203 and will board from Module A.”
Similar advice has been shared for customers taking flight from East Midlands Airport. Road works will take place on the route to the airport until December which could cause delays.
It added: “We have been made aware of road works between Junction 23A and Junction 25 on the M1, one lane will be permanently closed on the Northbound and Southbound carriageways with a 50mph speed restriction in place.
“Delays are likely during peak hours. There will be sporadic closures of Junction 23A slip roads, between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00.
“There will be signed diversions. Please allow enough time to travel to East Midlands Airport as all Jet2.com flights are due to operate as scheduled.”
Jet2 has told anyone travelling with the airline they can stay up to date with the status of their flights by checking the latest flight information.

It stated: “Please check this section of the website at least 12 hours before your flight for the latest flight information. Customers are advised to arrive at their departure airport at least two hours before their scheduled departure time.
“In the event of any flight delays further information can be found by using the above search panel by entering your flight number or route. As a reminder check in desks will close 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
“Rest assured, in the event of flight disruption our dedicated Operations teams are always working hard behind the scenes at our UK-based HQ to get you on your way as soon as possible.”
