Tom Brady thinks Bill Belichick will work with the same enthusiasm as ever following his departure from the New England Patriots.
The 71-year-old is currently looking for a new job, with the veteran keen to keep working in the NFL.
Belichick has, according to widespread reports, already held talks with one team.
It’s been claimed the Atlanta Falcons are keen to appoint the NFL legend as a replacement for Arthur Smith, who was recently cut loose.

Belichick has left the Falcons after winning six Super Bowls with the team.
He also managed Brady, who is regarded as one of the best players in history.
The duo had a successful relationship before Brady left for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020.
And the 46-year-old has now predicted that Belichick will work with his usual enthusiasm, despite entering the twilight years of his career.
“Whatever he does, I’m sure he’ll go at it 100% like he always does,” he said.
“This year, he was going at it as hard as he could, like he always had.”
Brady relished his time working with Belichick.
And he feels the 71-year-old’s work ethic set the tone for the success he enjoyed.
“He had a way that he was there, everyone saw his work ethic,” he said.
“We all knew that it came from a place, a very educated place too. I respected his work ethic so much because I knew he was combing through every single bit of film every single week to try to put us in a position to succeed. … Culture is discipline and accountability.
“Without that, you have so many people without different agendas.
“The main agenda should be, ‘How do we win as a team?’”
He continued: “I think a lot of coaches are fearful of disciplining players these days. … One thing about Coach Belichick is he never had that fear.
“He was gonna tell you what he thought the truth was.
“Even though we all disagreed at times to what that truth really was, there was no fear in his mind of correcting.”

Brady also thinks Belichick improved players.
He stated: “We’re all better players for having him as our coach.
“I think there was a level of accountability and discipline that he had.
“Maybe we didn’t always want to hear it, but when we reflect and look back, we’re happy that we did hear it and went through it.”
Belichick, meanwhile, said last week that he wasn’t sad about his exit – and was proud of what he’d achieved.

“For me, this is a day of gratitude and celebration,” he said at a press conference.
“To start with Robert and his family, so much thanks for the opportunity to be head coach here for 24 years.\
“It was an amazing opportunity and we received tremendous support.
“We had a vision of building a championship-winning football team here and it’s exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations, the amount of success that we were able to achieve together through a lot of hard work and contributions of so many people.
“Very proud of that and I’ll always have those great memories. I’ll carry those with me the rest of my life.”
