‘We are literally in the JAWS of the ARTIC!’ Nathan Rao issues warning as temperatures PLUMMET

A yellow weather warning remains in effect as temperatures are plummeting across the country.

Nathan Rao GBNews weather journalist warned viewers of the weather that is below freezing.

He said: “Yesterday was the coldest night in 14 years. It has been -13 degrees in Glen Ogle in Scotland. The record is -27.2 in 1995 and 1985.

“It is going to get colder again tonight because we are literally in the jaws of the Arctic now.

“If you’re looking at the Met Offices report earlier, you’d have seen a Big Blue swathe coming right down over the UK and that is an Arctic flow right down over Britain. And it is going to stay very cold today, tomorrow, and possibly until the end of the week when it turns a little bit milder.”
